Refund & Return Policy

At The Cookie Dror, every cookie is made fresh with love and care. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.

Refunds & Replacements:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Email us at thecookiedror@gmail.co, with a description of the issue and a photo if applicable.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement order

  • A full or partial refund

  • A store credit for a future order

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or absence at the time of drop-off

  • Orders not picked up or received during agreed delivery windows

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
