At The Cookie Dror, we take pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted cookies to your door. To ensure quality and consistency, we operate on a weekly production and delivery schedule. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

All local orders are delivered over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday).

Delivery times may vary depending on route planning and order volume.

Shipped Orders

For customers outside of the Sea to Sky and Metro Vancouver areas, cookies are packaged and shipped as delivery parcels on Mondays.

Shipping times will depend on the courier service and destination.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon) to be included in that week’s production and delivery schedule.

Orders placed after Wednesday at noon will automatically be scheduled for the following week’s delivery or shipment.

Packaging

All cookies are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit. Local deliveries are packed in secure cookie boxes, and shipped orders are packaged appropriately to protect the cookies during transportation.

Delivery Method

Local deliveries are hand-delivered, while orders outside of the local delivery area are sent through courier shipping services.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or restricted access, a redelivery fee may apply. When safe to do so, orders may be left at the delivery location.
