Box: The Dessert Collection

I started The Cookie Dror because of one annoying truth: you can't just have a great dessert.

A proper crème brûlée meant a reservation, a table for two, a whole meal first, and a bill at the end. The desserts I loved lived behind a restaurant pass. You had to dress up and earn them. You couldn't have one on a Tuesday, in your kitchen, just because you wanted it.

So I started rebuilding them. Years in professional kitchens, the same plated desserts I used to send out, turned into a jumbo cookie you can grab whenever. No reservation. No three courses first.

This collection is that idea at its purest. It's the dessert menu, in cookie form:

• Red Velvet. Soft cocoa crumb with a cream cheese centre.
• Crème Brûlée. Caramelized sugar and real vanilla bean.
• Lemon & White Chocolate. Bright, tangy curd against buttery dough.

Choose 1 to 3 of each. Minimum 3 cookies, every one $9, baked fresh to order.

You don't need a special occasion. Cookies ARE the occasion.
