Crème brûlée is one of the most iconic desserts in the world - that moment when you tap through the caramelized sugar crust to reach the silky custard beneath is pure theater. We've captured that entire experience in cookie form, and it might be our most technically impressive creation.

A soft, vanilla-scented cookie base is filled with a rich crème brûlée custard, then finished with a layer of caramelized sugar on top that gives you that signature crack. It's the kind of dessert that makes people stop mid-conversation.
